Okay...so we dropped the ball a little bit and FINALLY got around to getting Lucy baptized. It's been on our list of "to do's" but actually scheduling it and attending baptism class took a little while...4 months actually. Lucy was baptized at St. Sebastian's Church, where Scott and I were married and admittedly haven't been back since:( Afterwards, we had friends and relatives back to our house for a celebration luncheon.

Is this cake to celebrate her sneezing or her baptism????

Well, either way the cake was delicious! And the guest of honor was adorable:)
ReplyDeleteha. i like how you admit your non-commitment to st. sebastians. we also have commitment issues in that department!
ReplyDeletethat's so funny, we had a heck of a time deciding on a cake saying for cohen's baptism. if i remember correctly we skipped one completely for sean's-but he got chocolate babka from breadsmith instead, yum! i think we went with congratulations on your baptism, equally as goofy sounding!
